Estrella is a thoughtfully designed 40-unit rental building. This development will provide secure, high-quality housing for middle-income individuals and families, addressing the city’s pressing need for affordable accommodations.

Construction of this volumetric modular building commenced in late January 2025 and completion will occur one year later. The project is being developed by NorthStar for the Aurora Housing Society. Funding is provided by BCBuilds allowing for at least 20% of the units to be 20% below market rents.
