This office building was developed as a single tenant building for the Federal Government.

The project included the construction of the building for our Client plus the management of the Tenant Improvements on behalf of the Federal Government by NorthStar. Our extensive background in commercial real estate created value to both clients on this project. By managing both aspects of the project, efficiencies were created that allowed for an earlier occupancy.
